Responsibilities will include server hardware administration/support to include installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, performance and troubleshooting of servers, hardware components and peripheral devices. Server software administration/support to include installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring performance and troubleshooting of OS, databases, management/productivity tools, backup software, network protocols/services, security and high availability products. Additional web support emphasis to include creation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of Internet/Intranet sites and support of web developers. DMZ administration of security, networking and firewall. Additional server applications support emphasis to include installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of various shrink wrap including ERP systems and support of business system analysts, developers and programmers. Additional back end client support emphasis to include installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of the workstation OS, network connectivity and integrated infrastructure/business client software and support of business system analysts, developers, programmers and the end user.
