Qualifications:
1. 2-3 years hands on experience as a Network Engineer/Analyst using TCP/IP protocols

Integration Manager in Dallas, TX
The Manager of Infrastructure leads a team that supports web services (patient, employee, physician, finance, Board, HTPN and Sharepoint).
Responsible for the creation/maintenance of an Enterprise Architecture strategy that serves as an overarching framework that guides major initiatives in a coordinated and systematic way, establishing the target design and standards for interoperability, data integration, and infrastructure design.
Manages specific staff and functions within the department. Provides technical support and administrative support for various information and/or telecommunication systems.
Analyzes software and hardware needs/concerns. Provides direction and leadership to staff and works directly with them to determine daily operational and project needs.
Requires recent work experience with .net coding, object oriented design principles, developing against SQL server, and developing for the web.
Translates upper management vision and direction to technical details.
Provides coding architecture/development guidelines to the enterprise.
Works with key vendors to define best practices and coding methodologies to maximize efficiency.
Analyzes new software to identify and document how it aligns with the Enterprise Architecture ad methodologies.
Plans best practice implementations into our environment that adhere to the Enterprise Architecture standards.
Works closely with the appropriate resources to provide architectural specifics for new development work.
Becomes involved in early stage future product releases to help steer and enhance the intended product feature set to better suit corporate vision.
