One of the largest providers of card services, loyalty and marketing solutions, payment processing, and business process outsourcing to multiple industries is looking for an Information Technology Vendor Manager
Must have qualifications include:

Under general direction, the Business Process Analyst, Advisor will facilitate the vendor engagement process and vendor strategy execution on behalf of the ITS organization.
Primary responsibilities:
· Responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives and process improvement in the Vendor Management department
· Leads vendor segmentation, evaluation, and scorecard process
· Tracks vendor related service problems or interruptions
· Works with Alliance Data Legal on documentation/contract review process vendor engagements
· Leads/assists with vendor negotiation process
· Works with ITS and LOB IT relationship owners to identify vendor savings opportunities.
· Project management duties for internal group initiatives
· Assists with the development and maintenance of vendor governance documentation (i.e. Policies, procedures, and training documentation)
· Assists with service/solution evaluation process
· Supports ITS Asset Management in the software license tracking and management process
· Maintains/updates vendor engagement and contract databases (includes daily updates, new engagement setup, etc.)
· Maintains an up-to-date vendor contact list
· Routes appropriate documents to vendor for signatures
· Generates vendor and contract reporting as required
· Ensures signed/executed agreements get to Legal
· Responsible for incoming new vendor inquiries (cold calls)
· Assists team with software consolidation efforts and research
· Supports manager in administrative assignments as needed

· 5-7 years experience in Project Management
· Proficient on the PC using Word, Excel, and Access.
· Effective telephone and verbal/written communication skills
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both orally and in writing
· Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
· Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize each appropriately.
· Ability to actively use the internet for research
· In-depth experience with business process development and implementation
· Strong knowledge of various technical platforms, system software, hardware components, and voice and data network environment
· Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and communication skills

OVERVIEW
Certified Deployment Engineers provide installation and customization services in the deployment of the PGP Product Platform. They work on direct item tasks and manage projects that have been sold to customers to guarantee a successful deployment and thus reduce the time to install.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide for the deployment of PGP Corporation Platform based products
Ensure client needs are met and deliverables produced on time according to specified project deliverables/scope.
Assist team members with troubleshooting or escalation of issues.
Ability to document and template necessary documentation packages for customers as defined.
Ability to work on a team or lead a team depending upon the specified project.
Ability to provide complex solutions in customer environments and execute/document said solutions by self or as a team leader.
Other tasks and duties as needed to support the customer and/or business.
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least five years demonstrated expertise in a specialized IT discipline, such as software engineering or network operations/engineering. At least 1 year in a recognized leadership role.
At least two years of Security / PKI Experience
Strong SMTP Messaging Background including but not limited to Content Filters, MTAs, Exchange, Groupwise and Lotus Notes.
Strong Infrastructure Background, including but not limited to Networking, Switching, and Firewalls
MS Project or similar tool
Scripting Experience - Perl/VB
Database Administration (junior)
Demonstrated project leadership experience.
