WORK HOURS: 8am - 5pm (M-F)

COMPENSATION: $25 per call within a 50 mile radius. $30 per call over a 50 mile radius. Typical average is 5 or more calls a day.



PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our client is seeing Field Service Technicians to perform Dell Warranty Work at client locations. These technicians will be a SmartSource employee working direct at client locations.

---Requirements----

-Field Engineers are required to have reliable transportation, cell phone and A+ Certification.

-1+ years of field service experience break/fix, printers, desktop support.

---Duties----

-The engineers will represent a client company running calls throughout the local area to businesses in need of Dell Warranty repairs.

-Repairs can include replacing hard drives, motherboards and in some cases printer parts.

-Technicians will be required to start at the client location to pick up tickets and warranty parts. They will run their calls throughout the day and return all closed tickets.

-Technicians will be representing the client company, so professional appearance is mandatory.
