The role will fall under the Back Office Development Team, primarily supporting new initiatives which are intended to facilitate a more dynamic and efficient trading environment. This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing, future and co-location data centers globally. Must have Avaya and IPC experience. The ideal candidate would have 8 - 10 years of Telecom experience and 4 - 6 years experience supporting VoIP PBXs in a complex environment. This position will involve the design, implementation and support of a growing International Avaya VoIP deployment.
This is great opportunity for an experienced Avaya IPT Engineer to enhance their skills in a fast paced growing environment working in a small team that has fully embraced the converged IP network, deploying the very latest technologies from Avaya and IPC. The Network/Telecom group is fully converged and a small team. Allowing the successful candidate to get experience on a broad range of products and technologies including Cisco network products in an environment where the best solution is preferred to the lowest cost solution.
The Client's network is a fully converged voice and data network that consists of over 180 Cisco devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points and VPN devices) with over 2000 network ports, Juniper WAN acceleration devices and Avaya IP PBXs spread out over 7 locations throughout the globe. The existing configuration includes Avaya S8500s combined with S8300s integrating with the IPC alliance Trading turrets, both domestically and internationally. The Client's current deployment includes over 100 IP trading turrets and over 300 IP phones.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a desire to learn new technologies and the drive and energy to work through problems and get things done with little supervision. The candidate must fully embrace IP convergence and have the desire to get involved in the network and server aspects of modern IP telephony integrations.
Responsibilities
Design, installation and implementation of all Telecom components throughout the Client's network
Provide 3rd level support and act as an escalation point for complex Telecom problems

Must have Avaya and IPC experience. The ideal candidate would have 8 - 10 years of Telecom experience and 4 - 6 years experience supporting VoIP PBXs in a complex environment. This position will involve the design, implementation and support of a growing International Avaya VoIP deployment.
This is great opportunity for an experienced Avaya IPT Engineer to enhance their skills in a fast paced growing environment working in a small team that has fully embraced the converged IP network, deploying the very latest technologies from Avaya and IPC. The Network/Telecom group is fully converged and a small team. Allowing the successful candidate to get experience on a broad range of products and technologies including Cisco network products in an environment where the best solution is preferred to the lowest cost solution.
The Client's network is a fully converged voice and data network that consists of over 180 Cisco devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points and VPN devices) with over 2000 network ports, Juniper WAN acceleration devices and Avaya IP PBXs spread out over 7 locations throughout the globe. The existing configuration includes Avaya S8500s combined with S8300s integrating with the IPC alliance Trading turrets, both domestically and internationally. The Client's current deployment includes over 100 IP trading turrets and over 300 IP phones.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a desire to learn new technologies and the drive and energy to work through problems and get things done with little supervision. The candidate must fully embrace IP convergence and have the desire to get involved in the network and server aspects of modern IP telephony integrations.
Responsibilities
Design, installation and implementation of all Telecom components throughout the Client's network
Provide 3rd level support and act as an escalation point for complex Telecom problems
Act as Subject Matter Expert in Telecom technologies
Provide documentation and training on new products and technologies
Project management of multiple Telecom vendors in domestic and international locations
Vendor management both domestically and internationally
Evaluation and recommendation of new technologies and products
Implementation of new technologies and products
Share in the support duties 24 x 7 to support the Client's International network
The ideal candidate should have most of the following experience and qualifications:
8 - 10 years experience designing, deploying and supporting Telecom Systems
4- 6 years experience designing, deploying and supporting Avaya PBXs
2 - 3 years experience designing, deploying and supporting IP Telephony
2 - 3 years experience supporting IPC Alliance trading systems

Our Client is looking for a Network Engineer with Cisco experience.
The ideal candidate would have 2 - 3 years experience supporting Network and VoIP networks in a complex environment. This position will involve the support of a growing International Cisco Wide Area Network and all components within the numerous Local Area Networks that are connected.
