This includes both production support (resolving TRs to support daily business operations) and project support (managing development and implementation of system installations, changes, upgrades and enhancements). The role of the Dialer Support Analyst is to provide technical and operational assistance for the predictive dialers. OVERVIEW

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Dialer Support Analyst in Dallas, TX
The role of the Dialer Support Analyst is to provide technical and operational assistance for the predictive dialers. This includes both production support (resolving TRs to support daily business operations) and project support (managing development and implementation of system installations, changes, upgrades and enhancements). Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a Perl/PHP developer for a contract to hire opportunity in south Dallas.
The consultant who fills this role will be working with the PHP developer and the 3D StudioMax Developer and will report directly to the CIO. Consultant will spend 50% of their time on new development and50% of the time on Maintenance of all Web Based Applications. 15% of development will be completed in Perl and 75% in PHP while utilizing 30-35 tables in MySQL. This individual will be responsible for everything from project management to uploading applications to full life cycle development

Senior Cache System Administrator in Dallas, TX
Will install, configure, test and support the Cache environments on HP VMS based systems needed for the LIS conversion from DSM to Cache. This is to include, but not limited to, development, validation, unit test and production Cache environments.
Experience: Extensive experience in technical project management, Cache database configuration and administration including hardware setup, product installation, database configuration, ECP and network configuration, and security setup. The consultant must be a senior level self-starter and should have experience with most or all of the following: Current versions of Cache and VMS; HP Alpha/Integrity Server hardware; VMS clusters; and production support of large Cache environments supporting multi-tier architecture.
*This is a Senior Cache System Administration position; this is not a programming position, but candidates with substantial system administration and programming experience will be considered.
