Education and/or Experience:
Associate's degree (AA) from a two-year college or technical school; with 5-6 years of telecom installation experience in a highly aggressive field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience with multiple technology platforms in the LMR industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
. 3+ years experience programming and creating codeplugs for Motorola trunked radios with CPS/RSS software
. Experience with a wide variety of Motorola radios of varying vintages
. Able to handle multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy throughout

The LMR System Technologist - Radio Template Design Specialist is responsible for working with radio system end users and System Engineers to determine needs, gather and document necessary information, and create fleet maps, radio templates, and code plugs. The IT Security Analyst performs the day-to-day operations of the in-place security solutions in addition to the identification, investigation and resolution of security breaches detected by those systems. Secondary tasks may include involvement in the implementation of new security solutions, participation in the creation and or maintenance of policies, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures as well as conducting vulnerability audits and assessments. Senior Analyst SAP in Dallas, TX
Our downtown Dallas client is looking to hire a Senior Analyst with SAP experience on a direct hire basis.
Responsible for supporting various, assigned complex application systems and reporting environments while working with key users in to improve business processes.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support and resolution for end users for SAP FI/CO modules, or Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Traders Schedulers Workbench (TSW) modules or Maintenance, Repairs & Operation ( MRO) and Maintenance (PLM) and Materials Maintenance (MM) modules, supporting configuration and enhancement requests from the user community.
Support integration points between SAP FI/CO and Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), & Human Resources (HR) modules, SAP PM and additional SAP modules.
May implement configuration changes, new releases and updates to the back office environment, including SAP and associated applications, in an effort to optimize the use of Information Technology within supply chain operations
May provide coordination support between all Maintenance, Repairs & Operation ( MRO) systems, or all functions of the logistics systems, and functions of IT departments to assure effective use of the systems
Support various interfaces between SAP and other systems, including DataStream plant maintenance & procurement system and/or Trafxs first purchaser system.
Analyze process and configuration issues as they occur in the SAP Production system.
Provide support role to subsequent phases of SAP implementation.
Design interfaces, reports, enhancements (including custom programs), and conversions to meet business requirements.
Design and perform quality assurance testing, perform unit testing and integration testing.
Support the development of end-user security authorizations by the end-user security authorization administration group.
Facilitate meetings, conduct and lead presentations and/or training sessions with end-users.
Communicate with colleagues, management, and business team members on requirements, problems, project status, and issues.
Deliver system solutions to business problems in a timely manner.
Understand and work within corporate IT governance practices.
Lead a team on special projects or play a lead technical role from time to time
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of job related experience is required. 5 years of SAP (version 4.6c or higher) implementation/ support experience with FI/CO is required. SAP IS-OIL and Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred (Midstream/Pipeline & Downstream/Refining areas). Total of 10 years of experience required.
EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Highly versatile with strong team skills. Self-starter with the drive and ability to achieve planned objectives. Strong ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment as a team player. Creative, organized, good time-management and excellent communication skills, both written and highly responsive to customer needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail and accuracy. Presence and confidence to generate credibility both within and outside the Company. Well-developed interpersonal skills to create a positive interaction with people at all levels within and outside the organization.
