-Conduct rigorous strategic financial analyses including unbooked resource potential analysis, long-range and budget forecasts, capital, production, and operating cost run-rate analysis, various probability assessments and other proactive insightful analyses as required by the business unit.

Draft and negotiate with vendors best-of-class terms and conditions in software license related agreements, including access agreements, non-disclosure agreements and license agreement amendments, on behalf of ACS and external clients. Review existing client licenses and ACS-client agreements to assess licensing requirements and contractual obligations. Interpret licensing terms and issues as intermediary between ACS account personnel, clients, and external vendors. Identify potential contract issues and work internally and with the clients and vendors to resolve. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while keeping internal clients informed is paramount to this position.
Education and Typical Years of Experience:
3+ years of contract negotiation experience with some background in software licensing essential. Bachelor’s degree required.
