Description: Implements asset management processes and tools for assigned clients. This role will be for a strong seasoned professional, who possesses a comprehensive knowledge of IT asset management practices, and procedures and project management experience. The incumbent will plan, organize, direct and control day-to-day activities of the assigned IT asset management transition project to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery and accomplishment of goals laid out in the project plan. The individual will develop project plans, schedules, communication plans, scope change documents, coordinating resources, and managing day-to-day tasks to complete the transition on time per the MS Project schedule. The implementations include full life-cycle asset management practices including procurement, receiving, IMAC, and disposal, for hardware and software, and includes auto-discovery integrations. Principle duties and responsibilities include: Tracking transition progress and performance, status reporting. Work with 3rd party providers, when required, to ensure agreements are in place, services are performed, and delivered as contracted in a timely manner. The individual will also facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination of deliverables within ACS and client workgroups. Documenting project and IT asset management processes utilized for the procedure manual is necessary. Assisting with the setup of asset reporting is also needed. This individual will act as the point of contact for other client and internal departments to resolve problems regarding project support and as in-house consultant. May contribute to specific proposal efforts and management level presentations.

May coordinate with management to, select and supervise training of new employees for project management or Asset Management functions.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. 4+ years experience in direct project management.

A senior-level professional, the Service Center Architect is competent to work on complex projects and applies an in-depth knowledge of Peregrine products (SERVICECENTER, AssetCenter and other Peregrine system modules), engineering automation concepts, practices and procedures. Job Responsibilities:
Perot Systems is seeking a Configuration Analyst to support the PERADIGM application. This person must have demonstrated strong abilities in supporting claims payment systems for healthcare payers. The configuration analyst reviews and interprets provider demographic change requests and contract arrangements, configures the provider requests into PERADIGM, performs system testing and coordinates client approval. The configuration analyst creates and prepares provider directory extracts for the client on an annual and quarterly basis, generates the annual 1099 mailings, and identifies process improvements to implement efficiency in the request process and minimize claim pends for mismatched providers. The Configuration Analyst writes and runs queries and data extracts from the back-end, prepares data for back-end loading, and coordinates the loading with the IT staff. The configuration analyst is responsible for tracking all requests, both internal and client generated, reporting status on the requests, responding to questions regarding the provider and pricing configuration, documenting procedures and test results. The configuration analyst is responsible for documenting policies, procedures, and decisions made, obtaining client approval of the decisions and training and monitoring other staff on the approved processes. Testing and implementation of new application functionality may also be required. This person researches and troubleshoots application errors and responds to general customer inquiries of the application capability.

The Configuration Analyst works closely with the other members of the configuration team, the client and the operation team. Other general duties include: serving as the customer interface for application support, developing and executing Quality Assurance test plans, and evaluating proposed product functionality. In addition, configuration analysts are charged with proposing strategic solutions to our customer and assisting them with planning for future enhancements to systems.

Excellent customer interface skills and the ability to effectively communicate with department leaders is required. Ability to function independently and as a team player. Description: Implements asset management processes and tools for assigned clients. This role will be for a strong seasoned professional, who possesses a comprehensive knowledge of IT asset management practices, and procedures and project management experience. The incumbent will plan, organize, direct and control day-to-day activities of the assigned IT asset management transition project to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery and accomplishment of goals laid out in the project plan. The individual will develop project plans, schedules, communication plans, scope change documents, coordinating resources, and managing day-to-day tasks to complete the transition on time per the MS Project schedule. The implementations include full life-cycle asset management practices including procurement, receiving, IMAC, and disposal, for hardware and software, and includes auto-discovery integrations. Work involves considerable coordination and interface with the client and ACS operations staff.

Principle duties and responsibilities include: Tracking transition progress and performance, status reporting. Work with 3rd party providers, when required, to ensure agreements are in place, services are performed, and delivered as contracted in a timely manner. The individual will also facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination of deliverables within ACS and client workgroups. Documenting project and IT asset management processes utilized for the procedure manual is necessary. Assisting with the setup of asset reporting is also needed. This individual will act as the point of contact for other client and internal departments to resolve problems regarding project support and as in-house consultant. May contribute to specific proposal efforts and management level presentations.

May coordinate with management to, select and supervise training of new employees for project management or Asset Management functions.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. 4+ years experience in direct project management.

Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
Must have a solid background in IT Asset Management. Configuration Management experience a plus.

IT Asset Management experience preferred. Experience utilizing automated asset management tools is desired. Experience in working with database information and using Excel is preferred. An understanding of ITIL practices is desired. 30-70% travel required.
