Large Dallas Based Manufacturing Company needs an Ambitious Desktop Support Technician. The candidate must have mid to extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity. They must be customer service oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems. The candidate must also be willing to be flexible across the organization and be able to learn new tasks such as phone support, minimal desktop administration, MS Exchange, and etc. The qualified candidate must be able to support 200 employees and 5+ servers (SQL Server 2005 and MS Exchange) Another duty will be to assist in the rollout and trouble- shooting of Microsoft Great Plains version 10.
