Performs one or more of the following:

- Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.
- Provide level 2 & rotational on-call support for applications developed by the team.
- Analyzes, programs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs.
- Using current programming languages and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications.
- Designs web pages, including graphics, animation, and functionality; develops infrastructure and applications related to pages.
- May develop a range of products including device drivers, patches, operating system modifications, graphics modules, etc.
- Plans and directs studies of potential electronic data processing applications.
- Develops and installs programs to support general business applications running on PCs.
- May make hardware or software purchasing recommendations regarding web development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- ColdFusion (required); min 3+ years in a CF development role (CF 6 and above); experience writing ColdFusion components in Fusebox methodology and custom tags.
- SQL (required); min 3+ years in a web development role using SQL
- SQL server (required); min 2+ years using SQL server
- Experience with a service center support environment preferred, but not required
- Flash, AJAX, ActionScript, Flex, J2EE/Java,JSP/Servlets, ASP, and PHP experience (any combination) preferred
- Excellent communication and detailed project management skills; ability to interact with clients for scope and requirements gathering
- Technical writing skills are a plus

This includes working with business analysts and customers to design, configure, and integrate the Service Center application to support the business needs.
