Do you want to work in the North Slope of Alaska as a Facility Scheduler?For this position, you will support the process transition by working with a specialized team to establish and maintain the Western Area Integrated Facility Schedule (IFS), which is a schedule of all significant events and activities occurring within the operating area. This position is located Alaska's North Slope, and will follow the typical North Slope schedule of 14 days of consecutive work, followed by a 14 day break.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting development of the IFS data and system requirements
Supporting development of the collection processes
Maintaining the data collection processes
Integrating scheduled data into the Western area schedule
Adding the required site specific scheduling detail
Identifying incompatible activities and scheduling constraints
Facilitating schedule leveling meetings
Monitoring schedule performance and maintaining performance indicators
Supporting expansion into all operating areas

Experience: 10+ years related work experience
Expertise as a Senior Maintenance or Project planner, Project Manager, or team lead in heavy industrial facilities
Expertise in Primavera P3e or Microsoft Project software training
Solid planning and strategic skills
Excellent communication and networking skills
Continuing education in Project Management
PMP certification is preferred
