Our client is currently interviewing candidates for a Director level position running their internal customer service helpdesk. The ideal candidate will manage the customer support group (4 agents) which acts more like an account managers, managing the different customers that buy our clients product. The helpdesk currently get calls from customers or affiliates with a request on how to do something. Many of the tools that are built into the system are forgotten due to the robustness of the application so the questions they get are more geared towards "how to do something", "how do I do this" type of calls. Manages the visual design elements from concept through prepress (i.e., illustration, photography, final art).
Key Accountabilities
1. Develops thorough understanding of clients business as well as their competitors
2. Can successfully navigate and challenge a strategy
3. Solicits “the right information” up front translating to a better product the first time
4. Actively participates/contributes to brainstorms
5. Strong presenter with effective written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally (i.e., clients and vendors)
6. Successfully executes programs within established budgets and time frame, on strategy, and in accordance with client expectations and TPN quality standards
7. Partners effectively with other creatives and across agency multidisciplinary teams
8. Resourceful researcher, keeps abreast of social trends and culture
9. Provides final electronic files to prepress department in accordance with established guidelines and procedures to ensure highest quality and most efficient processing of final art
