HELP DESK ANALYST (new position due to growth)
DALLAS, TX
This fast growing public company which is an industry leader in the acquisition, development and management of technology and datacenter real estate is looking for a progressive Help Desk Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, outstanding troubleshooting skills, and posses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels within the organization. This role requires experience and proficiency in the installation, configuration and support of laptop and desktop computers, PC operating systems, common office productivity software applications, computer peripherals including network print devices and handheld email / PDA devices. The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for providing local and remote technical support via phone, email and web-based IT support tools, configuring and supporting end-user computing devices and productivity software as well as other enterprise IT systems. Strong technical writing skills are desirable
KEY Elements:
Bachelor Degree (states equivalent but highly prefers degree in Computer Science) with minimum two years experience performing similar duties for previous employers
MS XP/Windows 2003 servers / Exchange 2003/2007 / (MOSS 2007 highly preferred)
Education / Certification
BS in Computer Science / MIS or equivalent experience
Technical certification and/or training from Cisco and Microsoft is desirable
ITIL Certification desirable

The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for providing local and remote technical support via phone, email and web-based IT support tools, configuring and supporting end-user computing devices and productivity software as well as other enterprise IT systems. Strong technical writing skills are desirable
KEY Elements:
