About the Position: The Application Developer will be on site with business partners, responsible to ascertain business needs, analyze existing end-user-developed applications, design new solutions, code new solutions, support testing and implementation. To support the rapid development needs, a set of design patterns (include code and document templates) will be used. Additional work may be required to create new design patterns and templates based on new business requirements. This position will also include 24x7 production support responsibilities - including pager rotation. Responsibilities: In this section, list the top 5-10 responsibilities of this position. ? Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, utilities, programming languages ? 4 years of experience developing solutions in the Windows desktop environment with solid understanding of the Windows architecture, experience with common Windows utilities, experience with multiple Windows Scripting tools and languages. ? 4 years of experience in application integration using variety of platforms, products, and protocols. ? 4 years of experience in full life cycle development including requirement analysis, system design, code implementation, unit testing, system integration and production support ? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Nice to Have Skills: (These Nice-to-Have Skills are skills you would prefer someone to have, but they dont have to have them to be selected) ?
