PURPOSE The Trainer will tailor training materials for the specific sites and wave and then conduct instructor led training classes across a broad range of subjects to prepare site personnel for the processes and software. Training will be conducted in the local area of the wave's cutover sites. The Trainer will be trained on the processes and software by members of the development and deployment teams.
