Day to day activities will be to provide root-cause analysis, problem isolation/determination and high-end technical support for complex issues related to LAN/WAN Networks, MPLS (Core & Edge), Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches and some security/Firewall devices. The position requires a very strong background in Cisco Data Networking with practical hands-on experience troubleshooting complex issues with MPLS technologies.
