May perform one or more of the following: This position is responsible for understanding and defining the implementation of OS monitoring in support of enterprise monitoring. This includes working with business analysts, technicians, and customers to design, configure, and implement monitoring and integrate with the Netcool application to support the business needs.The ideal candidate will have 5+ year’s infrastructure experience with 2 years installing, configuring, and administering various monitoring, notification, and event management tools.Having experience in a CMMI level 3+ organization is considered a plus.Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience.
