We are currently seeking a MS SQL database administrator who will work in a team environment to provide knowledge of relational databases, e.g., MS SQL Server in support of one of their financial client's LOBs financial application portfolio. This includes working with internal and external application developers, as well as business users, to identify and resolve problems, as well as develop new systems or enhancements as needed. You will also be responsible for working directly with the LOB's customers in converting client's data from legacy systems to the LOB's. Qualified candidates must be prepared to communicate effectively and professionally with their customers.
As a SQL DBA, your responsibilities will include fully managing all database servers and application (re: COM, middleware) servers as they relate to the support of a suite of financial applications. This position requires availability both during both normal business hours and off hours, and you will be expected to be on-call for production support.

Experience: Qualifications
. 5+ years of functional MS SQL DBA experience is required; experience or training in MS SQL 2005 a plus
. Experience in banking and/or financial institution preferred with Private Equity knowledge a big plus
. Extensive technical knowledge in MS SQL and associated utilities
. Create and maintain primary database objects, tables, view, indexes
. Familiarity with database design tools and techniques
. Development of jobs/scripts
. Must have strong SQL Server 2000, T-SQL, Table design, Stored procedures, and Triggers
. Ability to manage multiple SQL servers in the development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
. Working knowledge of SQL/Windows 2000 Cluster Services

. Visual Basic, .NET, Crystal Reports or other development experience

Role: Ounce Security Developer
Role Description: The Ounce Security Developer would need to have at least 5 years of experience. This Candidate would develop and oversee to the execution of Code Scanning programs.
Responsibilities:
- Define scope of program, targeted applications, and approach to engagement of development teams.
- Interact with the development teams and leadership to mentor and coach tool usage.
- Script Management within SDLC.
- Work with infrastructure and applications teams to identify current practices for script management and high priority sensitive scripting that needs additional controls.
Required Experience:
- IT experience on multiple platforms/technologies.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
- Solid verbal communication skills.
- Beginning to develop Leadership skills and success using skills.
- Experience working through majority of Systems Development Life Cycle phases.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with most Customers at multiple levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) and proven success doing so.

- Proven ability to work well in cross-organizational teams.
- Experience in Ounce code scanning tool or similar commercial software.
- Experience in Java.

- Experience in working with relational databases, preferably Oracle.
- Experience in UML.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with Spring.

- Experienced at assessment of applications for the Top 10 compliance.
- Experience with Ounce code scanning product or other commercial tool is desired.
- Familiar with PCI requirements for secure code development is desired.

Oracle DBA needed to support a Conversion project based in Richardson, Texas.
- Responsible for providing day-to-day support and maintenance for key Oracle/Informix databases and services of our applications platform on production and lab environments
- Participate in version releases and patches
- Investigate potential problems and issues raised by users; this includes being on a on-call rotation and carrying a pager as needed
