Job Description:
The Solution Designer is a key member of the bid and proposal team supporting ACS new business pursuits. Responsibilities include the following.
· Analyze RFP’s from prospective clients
· Design technical solutions for midrange servers and storage to meet client requirements
· Develop competitive pricing and build cost models for new business pursuits
· Write proposal content for proposals and presentations to clients
· Present solutions to prospective clients
· Establish an authoritative and credible presence in new and base business pursuits
· Establish effective and positive personal and professional relationships with clients
· Coordinate due diligence activities prior to contract signing
Job Qualification and Requirements:
Successful candidates should have a strong technical background and senior level proposal experience with the following qualifications.
· Ten years minimum experience in computer services (consulting or outsourcing)
· A strong technical background in midrange Unix or Windows server environments, storage solutions and backup methodologies
· Bid and proposal experience working with complex solutions
· Experience analyzing requirements from clients using RFI/RFP documents, Statements of Work and developing winning responses to clients
· Technical design experience developing high quality, reliable, scalable, cost-optimized technology solutions that involve multiple technical disciplines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent client-facing, executive level presentation skills
· The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with peer organizations in Sales and Delivery
· Demonstrated success in working high profile projects in a matrix organization

Underwriting Consultant
The National Underwriting Center (NUC) manages 's loan-level quality assurance by reviewing loan files, analyzing and reporting on significant loan quality trends, and initiating necessary action(s) to mitigate losses.
Review closed loans for eligibility with respect to Fannie Mae s Selling Guide, DU Guide, and/or negotiated terms as defined by contracts with Fannie Mae s lender partners
Perform risk analysis and make decision regarding deficiencies identified during the review process
Identify transaction components that indicate a potential for fraud and perform sufficient investigative work to resolve issues that are identified
Accurately record data and review conclusions in QAS (Quality Assurance System)
Professionally communicate the results of file reviews both verbally and in written format to internal and external customers
Maintain a sound knowledge of guidelines, DU guidelines, and risk assessment tools used to decision mortgage loans
Maintain a sound knowledge of secondary market activity, practices, and business/industry practices as they impact underwriting quality and origination activity
Undergraduate degree strongly preferred. Graduate degree in business, finance, accounting or related discipline preferred.
Prefer a minimum of 10 years of underwriting experience.
Understanding of traditional mortgage origination and underwriting practices
In-depth knowledge of Fannie Mae s underwriting and quality control guidelines; Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.

The Application Developer will work in our Dallas site, responsible for data-related development activities in support of our Single Family REO group. The group will be tasked to convert a large number of business-supported, desktop applications to a technology-supported, data-centric application architecture. The application developer will be responsible to ascertain business needs, analyze existing end-user-developed applications, design new solutions, code new solutions, support testing and implementation. To support the rapid development needs, a set of design patterns (include code and document templates) will be used. Additional work may be required to create new design patterns and templates based on new business requirements. This position will also include 24x7 production support responsibilities including pager rotation.
