Experience: Qualified candidate would possess the following: ? Dedicated Technical Architect who is excited to lead the complete development team and architect the next generation of Examsoft products ? Experience working directly with customers to define future product roadmap and requirements that drive business value for all parties ? Experience building and maintaining high-availability web applications including high scalability, failover and performance ? Experience designing, architecting and implementing a J2EE framework for web based applications ? Experience in .NET framework for both windows applications and ASP.NET ? Experience in encryption and security is a plus ? Familiarity with administering high-demand databases and SQL as well as tuning for optimal performance and scalability ? Experience building and utilizing automated testing and general quality control processes ? Experience working with or leading an global team utilizing offshore resources ? Experience working directly with customers on custom technical problems as well as long-term roadmap ? Ability to take a hands on approach and a desire to do ?what it takes? to meet aggressive corporate objectives ? 7+ years of web based and other software development experience ? 2+ years of leading a software development in a technical capacity
