This is a fully qualified Messaging Engineer who applies a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of Exchange based technical concepts, practices and procedures. Incumbents are competent to work on highly complex assignments and perform a full range of technical support activities. The incumbent generally is a member of quick-response user-support team and regularly works under demanding deadlines, operating independently to resolve end-user problems. Errors cause significant visible delay, expense and/or disruption to the end-user. Individuals must be able to use mature judgment in assigning personnel without causing unnecessary delay to client.

REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities may encompass: Implementation and operational support of Active Directory and Exchange systems, proactive maintenance and monitoring of Exchange and related systems.Acts as Project Technical lead for migration and deployment activities.

Additional responsibilities include:
-Participates and/or leads others in technical proposal process.
-May exercise responsibility for marketing new or follow-on contracts.
-May make technical presentations to ACS management and/or clients.
-Participates in regular on-call responsibilities that may include 24x7 support
-Verbal and written communication on in-depth technical issues to clients
-Focused support for disaster recovery or critical technical issues
-Works professional hours which may include extended or after hours support
-Approximately 10% travel or less expected
-Approach problems with a wide degree of ownership to determine solutions

Position Prerequisites

-3 or more years of experience supporting Exchange 2000/2003 in a top tier technical role (3rd level) for an enterprise environment (5,000 seats or more)
-Experience supporting Exchange production server build and configurations including
-Disk subsystem configuration and performance including SAN architecture
-Exchange backup configuration and monitoring
-Exchange monitoring setup/configuration using MOM, NETIQ or similar tools
-Building Exchange server clusters in production environment
-Exchange database maintenance and restore / disaster recovery
-Solid understanding of Exchange and Active Directory tool sets such LDP, ADSIEdit, LDIFDE, ESEUTIL, MFCMAPI, MDBVUE, and PFDAVADMIN
-Support of all Exchange MAPI clients and ability to troubleshoot client performance and connectivity issue at the LAN and Network levels
-Experience supporting and troubleshooting mail routing and transport
-2 years experience with implementation and configuration of SMTP Gateways, Anti-virus, and Anti-spam tools in an enterprise environment
-2 years experience with build, deployment, and support of Blackberry Enterprise Server including recovery or fail over
-Support and planning of migrations from prior versions of Exchange or other platforms to Exchange 2003
-Implementation and support of Exchange integrated Anti-virus
-5+ years of experience with Windows NT 3.x/4.0 and Active Directory
domain administration.
-Minimum of 5-10 years of related technical support experience
-Experience supporting systems that provide services to multiple
customer bases simultaneously
-5+ years of experience with TCP/IP based technologies and protocols
related to e-mail and other electronic collaboration tools, namely
DNS, SMTP, POP, IMAP, WINS, FTP, HTTP(S), NNTP, and LDAP
-Experience with Intel-based server hardware and
related technologies, including all generations of SCSI and RAID
(hardware- and software-based).
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Additional Desired Experience :

-Experience with deployment and troubleshooting Blackberry and other mobile devices for Exchange as third tier support
-Experience with Exchange 5.5
-Experience with additional messaging applications such as Notes, Sendmail, Groupwise and their connectivity or migration to Exchange
-Experience supporting and implement additional applications to Exchange such as Fax, Encryption, and Archiving
-Additional in depth experience supporting Active Directory
-The use of third party tools for AD and Exchange migration

Integrated Facility Scheduler / Project Manager in Dallas, TX

Do you want to work in the North Slope of Alaska as a Facility Scheduler?For this position, you will support the process transition by working with a specialized team to establish and maintain the Western Area Integrated Facility Schedule (IFS), which is a schedule of all significant events and activities occurring within the operating area. This position is located Alaska's North Slope, and will follow the typical North Slope schedule of 14 days of consecutive work, followed by a 14 day break.

Supporting development of the collection processes
Maintaining the data collection processes
Integrating scheduled data into the Western area schedule
Adding the required site specific scheduling detail
Identifying incompatible activities and scheduling constraints

Monitoring schedule performance and maintaining performance indicators
Supporting expansion into all operating areas

Experience: 10+ years related work experience
Expertise as a Senior Maintenance or Project planner, Project Manager, or team lead in heavy industrial facilities
Expertise in Primavera P3e or Microsoft Project software training
Solid planning and strategic skills
Excellent communication and networking skills
Continuing education in Project Management
PMP certification is preferred
Experience with Upstream Oil and Gas is preferred

Knowledge Management Coordinator in Dallas, TX

Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a contract or contract to possible hire Knowledge Management Coordinator. This person will act as a liaison between call center personnel and internal or external partners, ensuring that user issues are documented and analyzed for practicality, and that users are trained on system enhancements. Provide technical support to all functional units of HD Connect in order to keep hardware and software applications in adherence to a call center environment. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Document relevant processes using process mapping software and translate mapped processes into quantifiable measures that can be troubleshot or problem solved. Work closely with diverse levels of internal or external partners to develop effective communication and resolve customer issues and inquiries. Work collaboratively with external partners to assess call center system problems and recommend system improvements. Manage IT activities during the implementation process for new call center system enhancements. Develop and document business requirements and design processes for application enhancements. Assess the functionality of the current telephone system for planned usage. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures on application usage. Assist in the management of software license agreements. Develop and maintain project documentation including but not limited to project proposals, project plans, test plans, status reports and call center system user documentation. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base library of all supporting documentation for the application. Provide support and interact with a wide variety of call center system users to resolve application issues. Work with call center system users to develop solutions and specifications for solutions.
