DESCRIPTIONA Developer is needed for building out the CMS solution using various technologies. Tasks for this CMS system build out include support of ongoing CMS projects in Teamsite. This CMS build out could involve a Java Back End, DB, and UI development to support tool functionality build out. CMS sustainment will involve creating Teamsite templates and managing Teamsite workflows. This Developer will build Teamsite templates to support ongoing work and MediBin integration and must be able to answer questions about Teamsite, CMS, and templates. Project Manager in Dallas, TX

DESCRIPTION A Project Manager is needed to join a business unit tasked with active Ethernet to the cell site (ETTC) projects spanning 4, 338 nodes. There are a total of nine current Project Managers in the team managing those volumes. For 2010, the company has a revised plan that will add approximately 7, 500 additional cell sites and mobile telephone switching office (MTSO) ports for Ethernet to the cell.These 2010 sites cannot successfully be manage by current staff. A trained PM can successfully manage a maximum of 400 active ETTC nodes before critical PM service level degradation occurs. Switched Ethernet service, OEM-AC and Internet Protocol AGgregation (IPAG) platforms, new technology deployment, new processes, and system introductions require the dedicated support of Project Managers that can work across network and operations functional teams to ensure customer deliverables are met.This Project Manager, for client driven infrastructure projects, will develop precise project plans and must ensure the communication and delivery of design criteria and critical milestone dates. Additionally, the PM will need to resolve issues and barriers while leading a cross functional/organizational team. This position will also be responsible for defining scope, managing timelines, and monitoring capital controls to ensure on-time delivery of network infrastructure to support the program.
