"We are primarily in the sales CRM space
We are not doing much with analytics just yet, but we want the person we acquire to have some knowledge of a Business Intelligence analytics tool - doesn't have to be Siebel Analytics - and be familiar with how a BI tool plugs into Siebel. We are doing some things with campaigns and campaign management and tracking, but mostly we are doing basic CRM. We are importing various data inputs into the system to update customers and opportunities and contacts. We are taking a data feed from the Data Warehouse and that presents special challenges with the way Siebel wants to manage data because the business rules have already been applied to it, so someone who has dealt with that previously would be good.
