Performance Profile:
This is an entry to mid level technical support position.
As a member of the project team or working directly with the client and take direction in the testing, programming and documentation of systems or business processes and provide support on a variety of technical and industry specialties.
1 - 2 years experience with UNIX.
1 - 2 experience with Billing Operations (in telecom or with Amdocs).
1 - 2 years experience with Testing.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to work nights and weekends (10 - 15%) of the time
Position-specific Requirements:
-Technical & functional requirements: Billing and Testing.
-Minimum years of experience required: 1-2 yrs
-Minimum industry experience required: 1-2 yrs
