Responsibilities:
• Makes design changes, drawing updates or creation, and creates change notice documentation.
• Develop bill of materials and creates production release drawings using PROE-CAD and/or AutoCad.
• Assists Engineering in determining proper specifications for materials, processes, and finishes
• Project(s) ownership of productivity tasks on existing products and launches of new products.
• Develops ideas and concepts for new products incorporating design for manufacturability.
• Develops layouts and tolerance studies utilizing high level of GD&T for engineering/design information.
• Coordinates translation, transfer, and data verification of CAD data to and from outside vendors.
• Monitors time use and project progress.
• Works with other departments and outside vendors as necessary to produce manufacturable designs and properly standardize product drawings.
• Investigates cost down and/or quality improvement opportunities.

Software Licensing Supervisor in Dallas, TX

Reporting to the Software Licensing Manager. Will assist Manager in supervision of a team of senior negotiators. Also responsible for negotiating the best of class terms and conditions for licensing of newly acquired software on behalf of ACS as well as external clients. You will assist our clients with assessing licensing requirements and contractual obligations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervise a team of software negotiators in the drafting and negotiating of all legal and business terms and conditions for licensing of newly acquired software on behalf of external/internal client requests.
Ensure accuracy of license agreements and completion of license agreements in order to meet internal deadlines as well as deadlines of clients.
Review existing licenses and other documentation to assess licensing requirements and contractual obligations for new/existing clients.
Responsible for reporting updated status of multiple projects.
Supervise and monitor workload/projects assigned to negotiators.
Point of contact regarding research and assistance for negotiators located outside of the United States (would include assistance with negotiation and review of agreements, providing guidance as necessary).
Duties will entail working outside of the normal business hours to support various time zones (both domestic and international).
Education and Typical Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree, 4 + years of software licensing negotiations or commensurate experience.
Necessary Skills/Attributes:
Interpret and comprehend legal and technical terminology in order to negotiate the best of class terms and enhanced rights for software usage.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, verbally and in writing.
Project strong interpersonal, organizational and team building skills.

Demonstrated experience administrating security controls, such as: defense in-depth strategies, policies, baselines, standards, guidelines, procedures, security awareness and training, firewalls, network and host based intrusion detection/prevention systems, remote client and site-to-site vpn, ssl vpn, anti-virus, spyware, adware, gateways, proxies and content filtering, vulnerability assessment and management tools, system and application hardening, full disk and file encryption, active directory security policies and local security policies, compliance checking tools, security event and incident managers, event collectors, security incident handling and forensics.
. Detailed knowledge of commercially available forensic tools and/or open source forensics tools required.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Principle duties and responsibilities include assisting in the execution of documented Information Security Management System (ISMS) processes defined by the Information Assurance Program Director, such as: (1.0 Define), (2.0 Agree), (3.0 Plan), (4.0 Implement), (5.0 Control), (6.0 Evaluate), (7.0 Maintain), and (8.0 Report). Work with and assist other inter-process areas to facilitate proper inputs and outputs, to and from, the ISMS processes.
