Department: JCPenney Store Support Center - Plainfield, IN

Responsibilities include installing computer hardware, network terminals, and printers, as well as software installations and configurations. Provide trouble shooting on PC's, Terminals, barcodes scanners, and printers. Provide support to users for application and network problems. Open, track, update and escalate tickets in the Remedy Database. Maintains documentation on inventories, configurations, etc. Must be able to work flexible hours with off hours coverage and on call beeper availability. Some heavy lifting required (Up to 50 LBS)

Requirements:
