C# / WinForms Team Lead in Dallas, TX

Base salary of $70,000 to $85,000 PLUS up to a 30% bonus.

Provide ideas, manage expectations, and deliver as promised. Work directly with the Director of Application to ensure that the development processes and procedures are maintained on projects.

Lead the development of custom applications, the implementation of packaged applications, and the maintenance and support of existing systems. Participate in and oversee each phase and multiple workflows within the software development life cycle ( SDLC ). Development activities will include modeling, designing, coding, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, debugging and deployment. Train your staff on deployment procedures. You may also be required to document requirements, features, specifications, code, deployment procedures, defect logs and reports, test scripts and architecture views. On-call production support and maintenance required on a rotating basis for support of all applications.
Experience: REQUIRED:

5 years object-oriented development

2+ years C# / WinForms

2+ years C# / ASP.NET

2+ years writing stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server

5+ years iterative development methodologies

5+ years IT development using Microsoft technologies

5+ years in web and distributed technologies

5+ years XML

5+ years RDBMS

Highly developed organizational skills

Highly developed, process-oriented skills for troubleshooting, problem solving, and problem resolution

Superior verbal and written communication skills

MUST be customer-focused

PREFERRED:

BS in computer science, math, natural sciences, or equivalent experience

Professional certifications in Microsoft preferred, but not required

Financial Services experience preferred, but not required
