The (in-house) Training Consultant is a member of the overall Organizational Readiness Team for Client's PeopleSoft Financials ERP/CRM implementation project. The Training Consultant serves Client's PeopleSoft users and project team members. The successful candidate will provide training related activities and deliverables for applications currently in production (Human Resources, Finance and Enterprise Performance Measurement), as well as create training plans, course outlines, curriculum, etc. for new releases. There are two positions open on this team.

Requirements:
· Strong instructional/curriculum design background
· Experience in using training and learning methodologies
· Training needs assessments/analysis
· Strong presentation and course design skills for developing training materials
· Good facilitation and communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· PS Financials required
· ERP/CRM implementation experience, PeopleSoft preferred
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time
· Energetic, positive and a demonstrated team player
· BA/BS degree

Preferences:
· General understanding of ERP and CRM application systems
· Experience in PeopleSoft's User Productivity Kit (UPK ) a plus
