May perform one or more of the following:
Designing and producing consistent, reliable, efficient, and accurate reports and metrics for a variety of business needs.
Maintaining and modifying existing reports and metrics to maintain availability and enhance capabilities
Mapping business requirements to reports, documenting communications and directions, obtaining approval for final deliverable.
Gathering
Communicating status and issues in a timely and structured manner
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years overall experience with at least 1 year in a CMMI level 3+ organization. Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience.

Primary Experience:
3+ years of business / systems analysis experience
5+ years requirements gathering and documentation
5+ years of report development in Crystal Reports and/or Business Objects. Later versions preferred.
3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle)
Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Secondary Experience:
Data Warehousing theory and skills
Remedy BMC skills and experience
Business Objects and/or Crystal Enterprise Administration
Business Objects Dashboarding and/or Universe Designer

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
