This position is responsible for Adobe FLEX based Web Applications Development for an ITIL Service Management solution.This includes working within an application development organization to design and implement solutions for web applications, interfaces and related processes.The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years overall web applications development in the Adobe Flex, ActionScript & Flash arena in CMMI level 3+ organizations.Position level is dependent on candidate’s level of experience.
Primary Experience:
6-8 years OOA/OOD, Adobe Flex, ActionScript, and Flash technologies
4-6 years overall experience in Flex Builder 2 or 3
3+ years of Blaze DS / LiveCycle DS experience and Cairngorm & Prana based MVC framework architecture & design principles
Ability to quickly perform proof-of-concepts for validating new technology or approach
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating exceptional analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Secondary Experience:
Experience using the agile/scrum software development methodology – highly desirable
BEA Weblogic, Web Services, ESB experience desirable
J2EE technologies experience: JSP, JDBC, EJB, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, XML & XSLT & Eclipse IDE desirable
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
