Solution Architect River Logic, an innovative and award-winning leader in integrated business planning software, is seeking an ambitious, motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a strong record of personal achievement to manage solution development initiatives in Consumer Packaged Goods and Healthcare. Key Responsibilities- Support Product Solution Directors in defining solution roadmaps and requirements- Define the technical specifications for assigned solutions- Manage solution development- Program management- Development - Technical Quality Assurance, testing, and debugging- Coordinate inputs from various teams and experts to add unique capabilities and resolve problems- Codify feedback for platform development- Participate in various company-wide strategic initiatives RequirementsPosition must have a minimum of 3 years experience in developing BI software solutions on the Microsoft platform. Additional requirements include: Successful track record in program management/software development Defining product specifications Managing software development Quality Assurance/Testing Deep knowledge of Microsoft .NET and BI technology including SQL Server 2008, SSAS, SSIS and SharePoint e-cal (SharePoint 2010 a plus) Experience deploying, administering, and using BI and/or planning solutions Undergraduate degree in computer science; Masters degree a plus The company offers competitive pay, an attractive options package, and the potential to grow with the organization.
