Minimum of 7 years experience, degree in related field required. Big 5 consulting background in Training/Change & Learning is preferred. Candidate must possess expert-level knowledge of training concepts, practices, and procedures. Candidate will be expected to perform a variety of complicated tasks and/or multiple projects at all levels of the program development and may also be asked to lead and direct the work of others Candidate must be an expert in MS Office 2007. Experience with developing E-learning solutions using software applications such as Articulate or ToolBook a plus. Candidate must possess strong analysis skills, as well as sterling written and verbal communication skills. The Candidate must be polished and confident in working with and presenting to all levels of Leadership (Executive Level. Front Level Managers). Project Management skills, SharePoint, MS Project, Understanding of different software development methodologies - waterfall, iterative, Agile.
