Proficient knowledge of and ability to maneuver within the following operating systems (Windows NT, 2000 & XP)
Able to do registry edits with the Windows environment
Proficient knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft operating environments (non Server)
Able to perform moderately complex audio/visual setups for events
Experience: Minimum 5 years PC Experience or Expert-Level knowledge on PC Repairs, Installation and Support
Minimum 2 to 3 years networking experience being able to troubleshoot network problems
Able to troubleshoot and maneuver within Windows XP
An understanding of and ability to maneuver within Active Directory and SCCM
Understand cabling infrastructure and its topologies
Experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite and MS Outlook
Must have technical writing experience
Demonstrated success and strong experience with problem-solving abilities
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally by telephone and face to face
Must possess strong organizational, written, and prioritization skills
Must be able to adapt to learning new specifications on equipment in an ever-changing environment
Must possess strong Customer Service skills
Project Management Skills able to lead small to medium sized projects
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more on a consistent basis.
Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, stoop, or walk for extended periods of time.
Must be self-motivated with strong initiative
Must be able to work with a Team and alone
