Network Infrastructure Project Manager in Dallas, TX

DESCRIPTION A Network Infrastructure Project Manager is needed to manage client driven infrastructure projects, developing precise project plans, ensuring communication and delivery of design criteria and critical milestone dates, and resolving issues and barriers while leading a functional/organizational team. This consultant will define scope, manage timelines, and monitor capital controls to ensure on-time delivery of the network infrastructure. The purpose of this project is to add 8000 active Ethernet nodes to existing cell sites and mobile telephone switching offices (MTSO) utilizing proprietary Ethernet based products as well as increase that number over 2011 and 2012 in all 22 states receiving service. The new switched Ethernet service and Internet Protocol Aggregation (IPAG) platforms require new technology deployment, new processes, and system introductions to be coordinated by the dedicated support of the Network Infrastructure Project Manager who must be able to work across network and operational functional teams to ensure that customer deliverables and expedited timelines are met.
