We seek a Quality Center Developer who will be responsible for the administration and customization of a HP/Mercury Quality Center Project. The candidate will also be responsible for training and documenting all processes and for the customization of the Quality Center project. The candidate will be responsible for developing a template to manage new project requests for Quality Center. The candidate MUST have experience with 3rd party integration between Quality Center and ClearQuest/ReqPro. The candidate must have experience in consolidating/merging multiple Quality Center projects. The candidate must be experienced with application scripting (especially for Quality Center workflows). The candidate in this role must be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary to support project goals.
Candidate must work well in a team environment. The candidate must manage multiple projects proficiently, efficiently, and with full accountability for each project's results. Will also ensure that all Development Teams' projects are successfully implemented, managed and coordinated to facilitate in the completion of project goals. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively with Development Teams regarding approaches and options in automated regression testing. The candidate must work within established CTD processes and methods and be able to integrate those processes into the development life cycles of projects in motion.
Experience: REQUIRED SKILLS
4+ years of hands-on experience with Administering, Developing, and Implementing Mercury Quality Center across multiple Departments
. 2+ years experience developing integration between Quality Center and 3rd party applications (i.e. ClearQuest and ReqPro)
. 3+ years VBScript - hands on scripting
. 1+ years Java programming
. 1+ years Oracle experience
. 3+ years SQL Server 2000
. Must be able to manage multiple projects, as many as 70 + Quality Center projects
. Self motivated
. Team player
. Good writing and communication skills
