Business Development for Wealth Management firm is looking for an Integration Manager to join their team.
The Integration Director’s role is to provide solutions and support for the systems and processes by enhancing existing implementations and by evaluating new technologies that could be leveraged to support the growth of the company. General Description
Ensures quality operation of Call and Document Processing Centers for a complex Health and Human Services public-sector contract in a large state. Provides project leadership and direction on quality assurance and training activities and internal and external communications that fulfill ACS' commitment to quality service delivery. Six Sigma or similar training/experience preferred
Five (5) years of experience in public sector administration and/or outsourcing/production environment required, with experience in TANF, Food Stamps, Medicaid and/or CHIP preferred.

* Responsible for the maintenance of hardware, software and end-user inventories and licenses as well as documentation of operational procedure for host systems and applications.
* Manage the IT budget as well as providing financial analysis of systems and software alternatives.
* Performs IT purchasing function including vendor interactions and negotiating.
* Coordinates daily and monthly systems activities/routines/schedules.
* Responsible for disaster recovery plan of systems
* Support the business objectives for new policy development and common systems, processes & procedures.
* High amount of internal and external contacts. All user departments for Help Desk and Systems Training requirements. External contacts include: vendors for equipment, offsite data backup/storage, computer maintenance and supplies, and third party leasing company representatives.

Experience: In order to qualify for this position the candidate must have:
• College degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of IT experience with 2 years of IS management experience.

• Windows XP Desktop
• Active Directory/Exchange
• Disaster Recovery
• Data Backup and Storage
• Security VPN
• Blackberry PDA Support
• SQL Server Support (Basic SQL Understanding)
• Candidate must be able to pass Credit Check, Background Check, and Drug Screen
• A+ and MCP Certifications are preferred but not required.
