Cisco IVR Engineer in Dallas, TX

This is a contract opening for a CCNA, Cisco IVR expert.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 3 years experience in CISCO IP-IVR/CVP Application performance design, development, integration, and support functions which must include 3 years of CISCO IPCC/IP-IVR/ICM Scripting (Each additional year of specified experience will substitute for each year of required education up to three (3) years.)
Working knowledge of VoiceXML
Working knowledge of Cisco IP Telephony systems including Cisco CCM 3.3, Cisco CVP/ICM Enterprise call routing, Unified CallManager/CallManager Express, Cisco Unity Messaging 4.1
Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco Unity Architecture deployment (support and administration experience preferred)

First, this person needs to know how to install and configure Novell Netware 6.5 as this will be installed on multiple virtual Servers within an ESX environment. There will be approximately 60 Netware images created across 5 physical ESX hosts in a single farm. 2. The second skillset is Novell's GroupWise email system. The person will need to install and configure two two post offices within GroupWise and then connect those PostOffices into an existing GroupWise post office email system.That is just the setup of the project.The gut of the project is to move the end-user mailboxes from the old set of post offices to the new set of post offices. This will require skillset in both GroupWise administration and Netware administration.
