Project Details: Need a Novell consultant that has 2 different skillsets. 1. First, this person needs to know how to install and configure Novell Netware 6.5 as this will be installed on multiple virtual Servers within an ESX environment. There will be approximately 60 Netware images created across 5 physical ESX hosts in a single farm. 2. The second skillset is Novell's GroupWise email system. The person will need to install and configure two two post offices within GroupWise and then connect those PostOffices into an existing GroupWise post office email system.That is just the setup of the project.The gut of the project is to move the end-user mailboxes from the old set of post offices to the new set of post offices. This will require skillset in both GroupWise administration and Netware administration.

SKILLS NEEDED:
VCP certified or equivalent knowledge of at least 2+years experience with the VMware (ESX) Infrastructure product line
MSCE certified or equivalent knowledge of at least 4+ years experience with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server administration in a production environment
Experience with Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 and XenApp 4.5 and 5.0, Web Interface 5.0 or later
CCNA or equivalent knowledge of at least 2+ years detailed experience with Cisco networking hardware
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP networking technologies
Strong customer service orientation
Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
Highly self-motivated and directed
Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience setting up and maintaining a Citrix NetScaler or similar load balancing appliance
Familiarity with database systems and administration skills, particularly SQL Server 2000/2005
