For this full time position, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade computer hardware, software, personal computer networks, and peripheral equipment printers and phones; assess user training needs and train users in effective use of applications; make recommendations regarding hardware and software acquisitions; prepare documentation and provide user assistance to facility staff; and perform related work as required.
Main activities
Provide 1st Level system applications and computer hardware support
Update help desk ticket system as work orders are completed
