POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be part of a team focused on the development and integration of leading-edge radio protocol stack software for standardized wireless technologies.
The position will involve design, implementation, integration and testing of radio protocol software.
Understanding of Layer 1 control, RLC/MAC and RR/RRC layers is essential. The candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving integration and performance related issues for the DSP and mixed signal hardware.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum five (5) years experience in embedded software development for L1, L2 and DSP software in C/C++
Prior experience in current wireless technologies, particularly GSM/GPRS/EDGE and WCDMA/HSDPA
L1 base band control signalling and scheduling of signal processing
Modular, layered software design experience either on DSP or MCU
Real-time OS firmware development environment and debugging on multi-processor hardware architectures
Experience in embedded development, simulation, test tools and languages
Debugging experience on multi-processor hardware architectures
Familiarity with 3GPP standards, particularly those related to radio protocols
Familiarity with high-level programming and scripting languages in PC environment for test harness development
Some exposure to other technologies such as OFDM, EVDO, A-GPS, 802.11/16, CDMA-1x, iDEN would be desirable

Our client is recognized as a leader in the Dallas - Fort Worth area! This client has a need for a Hyperion Essbase Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and development of the Hyperion financial based module for a large-scale reporting environment.

3D Modeler in Dallas, TX
The Creative Group is looking for a freelance production designer that has great experience with 3D modeling and illustration.
Our client in South Dallas provides production services for corporate events and meetings. They have two production designers on staff who work in 3D Studio Max to create renderings of scenic concepts which they present to clients. They tend to have more volume than their two guys can comfortably handle so they are often in need of freelance render artists to take their ideas and create layouts.
They pride themselves in not just making pretty pictures; they only present designs that are physically possible and fit within the parameters of the venue. They try not to make it pretty for pretty sake, but try to be as true to what the client will actually see on site as possible. The sets are theatrical in nature, as is the lighting. They have a large inventory of stocks sets as well as the capability to custom build almost anything.
Ideally the freelance consultant would also work in 3D Studio Max so all files are interchangeable, but we would be open to other programs if freelancers had their own systems. We are looking for people who can work on a per job basis - onsite.

Our client in South Dallas provides production services for corporate events and meetings. They have two production designers on staff who work in 3D Studio Max to create renderings of scenic concepts which they present to clients. They tend to have more volume than their two guys can comfortably handle so they are often in need of freelance render artists to take their ideas and create layouts.
They pride themselves in not just making pretty pictures; they only present designs that are physically possible and fit within the parameters of the venue. They try not to make it pretty for pretty sake, but try to be as true to what the client will actually see on site as possible. The sets are theatrical in nature, as is the lighting. They have a large inventory of stocks sets as well as the capability to custom build almost anything.
Ideally the freelance consultant would also work in 3D Studio Max so all files are interchangeable, but we would be open to other programs if freelancers had their own systems. We are looking for people who can work on a per job basis - onsite.

The position is involved in the production management of internal trading systems for Equities. The position requires close cooperation with many diverse areas of the firm, including business units, software engineering, and network engineering groups.
