Peoplesoft HRIS Team Lead in Dallas, TX

This hands-on Supervisor works closely with the Supervisor - Financials/Supply Chain Management, DBA, PeopleSoft System Administrators, other IT management, business users, and project team members to provide application solutions using PeopleSoft HCM and other components when necessary in order to align with strategic goals


Experience: 5+ years PeopleSoft experience, including a minimum of 3 years of HCM preferably version 8.3 or above

2+ years of managing a technical team and developing IT staff

Demonstrated knowledge of HR business processes

Previous experience with IT controls in a SOX environment

Skills

Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM applications and PeopleSoft v8 PIA architecture. Specific knowledge required within Payroll for North America, Time and Labor, and Self Service modules.
