The Creative Group is looking for a creative production coordinator for a temp to hire opportunity at a Marketing/Trade Show/Production company in Dallas.
Responsibilities include:
-Participate and assist in the preparation of proposals and necessary follow up
-Work in a fast paced, agency-type environment which requires excellent problem-solving skills
-Contribute to a team and assist in creative brainstorming sessions
-Conduct market research on a wide variety of clients, helping drive overall strategy
-Will coordinate packaging, including coordinating with multiple vendors/divisions
-Aid the production of various sales pieces: bring files to the printer; complete press checks; coordinate delivery or pick up; and coordinate shipping to their final destination
-Lead projects and working in team environments
-Interface with people throughout the company to gather facts and information for RFP (Request for Proposal) projects
-Responsible for merging documents from a variety of
sources to a final Indesign document
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing
-Must have a strong writing skills, able to create new content and an excellent proof reader
-Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create outgoing communications and presentation tools
-Excellent grammar and spelling, highly detail-oriented
-Expert user of MS Office
-Creative problem solver and positive attitude
-Ability to communicate effectively to upper management, sales and creative.
