13. Analyzes current database information and recommends methods to improve performance of the database.
14. Creates databases for building and testing the applications; investigates and corrects problems relative to these databases.
15. Provides 24 hour on-call production support.
16. Performs related duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a minimum of five (5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

  • Perform analysis, diagnostics and problem determination. Document and follow up on resolution based on understanding the issues, risks and clients needs.
  • Develop the technical systems knowledge to insure a complete understanding of the entire Microsoft network architecture as implemented in JCPenney from end to end.
