Sr. Java Developer in Dallas, TX

Roles & Responsibilities
Primary role is creating new code for web based J2EE applications. Participate in design, implementation and testing. Successful candidates will work as a team with technical managers and peers to translate business requirements into web based J2EE applications.

Candidates must be innovative, willing and able to think outside the box, a team player, share knowledge and receive it! Must be a solutions-oriented problem solver! Must be able to take project tasks and provide solutions with out additional resource involvement.

Experience: Required Technical Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Java J2EE technologies
* Jakarta Struts experience
* JSP/Servlet development experience
* HTML development experience
* Javascript development experience
* JDBC experience accessing Microsoft SQL Server Database.
* Middleware, Integrating Systems
* Modifying and understanding other Java / HTML / Javascript / JSP source code
* Willing to learn other technologies
* Hands on development and methodology experience in Object Oriented analysis, design and programming
