Requirements:

At least 5-7 years of experience with enterprise/global implementation, installation, patching and configuration of Veritas NetBackup Master/Media Servers
Experience with distributed Master/Media servers
Experience with VTL, Data DeDuplication and tape encryption
Understanding of Backup, Restore, Archive, Policy Creation & Modification
At least 3 years experience with Solaris/AIX/Linux or Windows Operating Systems
At least 3 years working with NAS / SAN environments

The Help Desk Specialist position is the initial contact point for all end-users computer and technology support. Troubleshooting PC/Mac hardware, Notebook, PDA, Printer/Print Server, Microsoft Windows XP, Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, Internet browsers, Standard Microsoft software, Standard MAC software, and other in-house application problems is also required. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both Macintosh OS X desktop and Windows XP software.
