A Dallas company has teamed up with AppleOne to source Client Services candidates.
Will be assisting customers via incoming calls with gas billing inquiries, new service connections, disconnections, reconnections, gas emergency service orders and submitting refund requests. Patiently and successfully handle escalated calls.
Qualifications
Candidates must have no less than three years experience in a Call Center Environment. Company is only considering candidates who have no had more than three jobs in the past five years. Collections experience desired but not required. Bilingual a plus!
