A local Dallas company has teamed up with AppleOne to source Technical Support/Help Desk Individuals.

Description

First level of support for all incoming calls, emails and chat lines for various customers/clients. Handle requests such as password resets, VPN, RSA, Microsoft Office XP, Outlook, Active Directory, Blackberry Activation and Support, ext.

Qualifications

Must be familiar with UNIX, OS400, AIX, MVS, VM, VSE, SAD, SAP. No less than Five Years Experience in Technical Support/Help Desk. Company is requesting stable candidates who have not had more than three jobs in the past five years. Please respond by email only with your resume attached in word format.
