TSM Engineer in Dallas, TX
The IBM TSM (Tivoli Storage Manager) Administrator is responsible for the daily administration of the IBM TSM backup infrastructure. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for performing daily backups of the following systems; Microsoft Windows and Various UNIX Platforms. Qualifications
Proactive technology leader with fifteen years progressive systems engineering and applications experience including a minimum of 10 years experience heading the systems engineering function within a large corporation. Additional requirements:
Proven track record of leading and mentoring large teams of highly technical systems engineers
Significant capabilities and expert knowledge of strategic aspects of systems engineering in a large-scale technology organization - i.e. picking the ?right? time and place to introduce new or enhanced processing capabilities into a high transaction volume environment with little or no disruption to production systems, and minimal impact to applications.
Advanced abilities in abstract and analytical thinking, problem solving, project management, team building, influencing as well as business orientation, vendor management, and financial skills

Java/J2EE Developer in Dallas, TX
Currently seeking an J2EE Developer. Must have EJB, Websphere, Weblogic, DB2, Java, Oracle, Struts, Tiles, and sockets. Must be able to assume complete responsibility for project or major task. Able to conceive, analyze and design data processing systems. Able to perform feasibility studies, system and requirements analysis, external and internal systems design. Able to offer expert in their area of expertise, analyze and recommend data processing system solutions in areas of specialty.
Experience: Degreed
Must have 5+ years of Java application design and development
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
