Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a Bilingual Help Desk Analyst.
On a day to day basis, the candidate will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for all Tier I IT needs. This position will be 100% phone support.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must have experience with Microsoft XP/2000; connectivity and servers; MS Office and speak Spanish and English fluently. Experience with the service center tracking system, Perogrin; VPN; Lotus; and AS 400 Mainframe are all preferred.
