Project ManagerResponsibilities: Coordinate visits to customer project sites to investigate existing electrical systems and potential PV sites. Gather and document key project siteenergy performance information, including utility data and facilityelectrical infrastructure drawings. Perform detailed engineering assessment including baseline profiles, end-use and retrofit analysis. Identify opportunities for conservation or efficiency and prepare energy savings calculations. Assist Project Team with developing and producing proposals, technical reports, cost estimates, and presentations. Provide critical review of proposals and reports through technical narrative editing. Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships. Perform other duties as required. Requirements BSEE or equivalent four year technicalengineering degree plus exposure to PV and solar projects, renewabletechnology, facility infrastructure, and/or energy-saving performancecontracting. 10 years of Project Management experience overseeing large wind initiatives and productsMust have experience overseeing and managing budgets in access of $10.5 million dollars Ability to analyze and quantify energysavings and implement projects involving solar/photovoltaic panels,grid-tied solar electric systems, controls, distribution, utilityinterconnection, and/or building automation systems. Experience with PVand solar system installations REQUIRED. Knowledge of measurement and verification, project cost estimating and accounting required Familiarity with building simulation and related software. Financial planning/budget experience with ability to develop a business case helpful. Professional registration or educational progress toward PE, CEM, and NABCEP PV Installer Certification REQUIRED. Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication and technical presentation skills. Valid Drivers License issued by state of residence and in good standing. U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
